New Music Report – November 2025

Happy November! Before the busyness of the holidays takes over, let’s take a quick look at some new music you’ll be hearing this month as you tune in to WIVH.

Exciting news!!! For King + Country are back with a brand new tune called “World On Fire.” It’s a call to burn brightly for God so that others see it, and want to have that same fire burn within them. It’s a great new song, but not a new concept. Check out Matthew 5:14-16 for a reminder from Jesus!

Sons of Sunday is a new Christian music “supergroup” that includes Brandon Lake, Pat Barrett, Chandler Moore, and Leeland Mooring. “GOD DID!” is their first single, and it’s all about God’s faithful hand in our lives. We can only point to Him in gratitude and thank Him for all He has done for us.

It seems that things are getting crazier with each passing day, but “Homesick For Heaven,” the latest release from Phil Wickham, helps us to focus on our eternal home rather than the temporary, sin-filled world we currently live in. Let this song strengthen and encourage you to press on as we all get closer to home.

I just want to wrap up with a quick shout-out to all of the 2025 DOVE Award winners that we play on WIVH. Forrest Frank, Brandon Lake, Leanna Crawford, Phil Wickham, Cece Winans, Elevation Worship, and TobyMac all walked away with at least one award during last month’s ceremony. Thank you for using your talents for the One who gave them to you!
