March 2024

We love sharing the Good News Library with our radio listeners and we love catching up with library patrons when they visit!  Cheryl recently visited the library to return books and we had some brand new mysteries we thought she would be interested in; she didn’t even have to venture downstairs to the library. Connie and Denise enjoy contemporary fiction and take turns borrowing books in a series.  Nancy frequents the library to borrow DVDs for her Sunday School class! Sara recently visited the Good News Library bookstore because she was looking for a hymnal so she and her husband could sing with their growing family.  We hope you’ll stop by the Good News Library weekdays 9am – 4:30 pm and check out all of the great resources!.

Easter is about as early as it can occur this month and the Good News Library has a brand new book for children, the Backwards Easter Egg Hunt! Six-year-old Molly can’t wait for her aunt’s famous Easter egg hunt. Instead of hiding eggs filled with prizes, Aunt Jenny gives the children empty eggs to fill! Molly and her friends embark on a scavenger hunt to fill their empty eggs with items that remind them of Easter. This interactive story introduces children to Jesus’ death and resurrection and shares how much God loves us!
