New Music Report – December 2025
Christmastime is here, and we’ve got plenty of new music to share with you this December on WRGN.
With every new Christmas season comes exciting new songs to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Katy Nichole and Matt Maher have teamed up to bring us “Our King Has Come.” It’s a powerful song of worship to the King of kings, and is sure to become a favorite.
“Comfort and Joy” is another great new holiday collaboration between Jason Gray and Point of Grace. This song is a reminder that there is now comfort and joy for us because God sent us the greatest gift ever…His one and only Son.
Central Live has released some of my favorite new Christmas songs over the past few years. They’ve done it again this year with a new version of “Do You Hear What I Hear” and a new original, “Hope Is Born.” These two join a solid Central Live holiday roster!
Some re-imagined classics are hitting the airwaves this season as well including: Matthew West (“O Little Town Of Bethlehem”), JJ Heller (“It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas” and “Away In A Manger”), Rend Collective(“Mary Did You Know”), and Skillet (“O Come, O Come Emmanuel”).
I could go on and on about all of the new music to listen for on WRGN—Your Home for Christmas—but I recommend you check it out for yourself and tune in right now! Thank you for your continued, faithful support of local Christian radio, and have a very Merry Christmas!
