February Letter

WRGN studios are humming with activities, most of them positive. Occasionally we have a breakdown of equipment, something we deal with as-to-be-expected. Activities include keeping both WRGN and WIVH running smoothly and making daily decisions on broadcasting and then working ahead as we plan some time away. We will be in Florida during February, traveling there with our camper and hoping for lots of sunshine.

In this time of recession we find nearly all of the station's contributors are able to keep supporting WRGN with their love gifts. This is very reassuring to us as listeners see the importance of keeping the airwaves filled with Christian broadcasting. This means we believe we will see operating costs met and will experience another blessed year of broadcasting the Good News of the Gospel over Northeastern Pennsylvania. WRGN's Shar-A-Thon goal of $148,000 was met on January 19, 2010.

We could share much more of the goings on and how the station continues to change lives here, but this month we are limited to a letter. The Radiogram will be sent next month as usual.

We want you to know that the most wonderful occurrence here is seeing God work as He supplies our needs and strengthens and keeps us. This great ministry would come to an abrupt stop if He were not working through you to keep listener-supported WRGN broadcasting for Him. Keep pressing on and keep WRGN strong in 2010.

Thanking You and Him,
Burl and Shirley Updyke
